looking  some help.

• National Alliance on Mental Illness  / Mass. COMPASS Helpline

  Provides information and resources to help people navigate the mental health system and related systems of care, and problem solve in difficult circumstances.
  It is staffed by people with experience navigating the system for themselves or a family member.

  This is a safe, easy way to learn whether stress and depression might be affecting you. Using this service is completely voluntary, confidential, and anonymous.
